LMM is made up of Chartered Town Planners, Chartered Surveyors, Environmental Specialists including commercial and ex local government professionals, assisted by a dedicated accounting and administration team. Our team have considerable experience in dealing with a variety of planning, permitting and land surveying/conveyancing matters.

LMM’s senior management is provided by directors Lucy Binnie MRTPI, BSc(Hons), Lesley Loane and Nick Dunn BSc(Hons) who took over responsibility for the company in 2014. The senior management are all strong, highly competent individuals with a formidable track record in project delivery.

The senior management is supported by John Salmon MRTPI, FRICS, who established Land & Mineral Management in 1992 and has more than 45 years experience in the quarrying industry. In addition, there is Susan Hughes MRTPI, MA, PG, Dip, BA(Hons) and Oliver Laidler MSc, BSc (Hons), MRICS, MCSM.

Accounting and administration support is provided by Chris Galpin and Fanny Sutton.
